The Challenge

An international consumer goods holding company, with over three dozen manufacturing facilities, wanted to reduce its threat landscape and technical debt. To achieve this, they needed to develop a strong Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM) program that not only met but exceeded industry standards across their vast and geographically dispersed IT/OT environment. However, the internal team faced challenges such as limited resources, knowledge gaps in tool implementation best practices, KPI development, reporting, and process creation. These hurdles made it difficult for them to tackle the project effectively on their own.
